About The Position

This role operates equipment for cleaning purposes, utilizing high-pressure steam-cleaning equipment. The Service Laborer also performs preventive maintenance on the wash rack, ensures a safe and clean work area according to standard operating procedures, and assists in meeting Contamination Control guidelines. Additionally, the role involves loading and unloading materials, parts, or products onto or from various transport methods like pallets, skids, conveyors, or trucks. Requirements

• Formal Education: Some High School
• Experience: 6 months or less
• Able to easily and effectively comprehend, speak and write in the English language
• Job requires basic problem solving ability using established examples / guidance.
• Job requires some creativity to generate solutions or improve effectiveness within well-established boundaries.
• Job is regularly monitored to determine outcomes. Assignments allow some discretion in decision making and setting priorities within well-established parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment to and from cleaning area.
• Utilizes high pressure steam-cleaning equipment to clean equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance on the wash rack and ensures a safe and clean work area per standard operating procedures.
• Assist in any way needed to meet Contamination Control guidelines.
• Loads and unloads materials, parts, or products onto or from pallets, skids, conveyors, or trucks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
