Requirements

Two (2)+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Service Titan and Nexstar experience.
Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Reliable, professional, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of residential plumbing issues.
Perform service calls including repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations.
Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Clearly communicate findings and solutions to homeowners.
Accurately complete service paperwork and documentation.
Participate in training opportunities to continue developing your skills.
