This role involves delivering serviced signs, driving service vehicles, maintaining inventory, operating lift equipment, installing new equipment, inspecting malfunctioning products, analyzing findings, providing service quotes, troubleshooting and repairing sign equipment and structures, performing electrical troubleshooting and repair, preparing and using materials, operating metal cutting and welding equipment, implementing quality control and safety, sanding, polishing, cleaning, gluing, bending, shaping, touching up paint, performing preventative maintenance, acting as a communication link between customer and company, completing work orders, and training new employees. The role also includes responding to emergency service calls and practicing safety as part of a service rappel team.
