About The Position

The Service Greeter & Shuttle Driver is responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, assisting service customers, and safely transporting customers to and from designated locations. This role helps ensure a smooth and positive service experience while maintaining professionalism, safety, and efficiency. Requirements

• Friendly and customer service focused
• Reliable
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure
• Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
• Able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Professional appearance is necessary
• Valid driver’s license is required

Nice To Haves

• Customer Service experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
• Assist customers with service check-in procedures
• Direct customers to appropriate service personnel or waiting areas
• Operate shuttle vehicles safely and courteously
• Transport customers to approved destinations in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of shuttle vehicle and service area
• Inspect shuttle vehicle daily and report maintenance needs
• Assist with parking and vehicle organization when needed
• Answer customer questions and provide basic information about services
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws
• Maintain accurate shuttle logs and schedules
