This role involves maintaining dealer relationships by providing a high level of customer service, friendly, courteous, and accurate verbal and written communication. The position requires utilizing enterprise-supported sales management systems to document pertinent dealer information, company sales training, scripts, and strategy to retain performing dealers. Additionally, the role involves updating and training dealers on changes to procedures or programs, acting as a liaison between other departments within Service Finance, and performing other related duties as assigned.
