Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency using computer systems and performing basic data entry tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an automotive or service-related environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, update, and maintain service files in compliance with company standards.
• Retrieve and distribute service documents and records as needed.
• Ensure accurate data entry and filing of work orders, invoices, and service reports.
• Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to track and manage service documentation.
• Assist in archiving and purging old files according to regulatory and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer and vehicle information.
