As a Service Engineer, you will be Firefly's leading-edge on-site at our customers' sites. You will work with advanced tailor-made system solutions and be responsible for preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on current systems, as well as commissioning new systems and installations. You will also educate customers in system functionality, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance. Your work is done independently, but you will be part of a team with Area Sales Managers and Technical Project Leaders dedicated to the US & Canada area. The job includes traveling in both above-mentioned countries.
