The Service and Engagement Team Leader role is designed to provide meaningful experiences that help individuals build and develop skills for a career. This role focuses on guest experience fundamentals, building a guest-first culture, driving loyalty programs, guest engagement, problem-solving, and retail business fundamentals. The Team Leader will also be responsible for planning daily/weekly workloads, leading a team of hourly team members, and developing skills in interviewing, coaching, and talent retention.
