About The Position

Allied Mechanical is looking for a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience that can do it all — run jobs from start to finish. This role involves reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams to direct accurate field installations. The position also requires enforcing safety standards and OSHA compliance on all job sites, leading toolbox talks and site safety audits. Additionally, the electrician will diagnose, repair, and install electrical equipment in residential and commercial settings, and conduct quality control inspections throughout the project to ensure installations meet code and design intent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial or residential electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of the applicable local electrical codes
• Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical drawings, specs, and RFIs
• OSHA 10 certification a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Background in commercial, industrial, or data center electrical construction
