About The Position
Powers Electrical Solutions, Inc., a locally owned electrical contractor based in Smyrna, is seeking experienced Commercial Electricians to join its team. The position is full-time and year-round, and applicants must live in the Atlanta area. The role involves commercial electrical installation work, including installing equipment, lighting, fixtures, receptacles, and switch gear, as well as working with conduit and following electrical codes.
Requirements
- Five to ten years of commercial electrical experience.
- Neat appearance, punctuality, and organizational skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have a valid work permit.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must live in the Atlanta area.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical equipment, fixtures, and receptacles.
- Install various types of lighting and perform LED retrofits.
- Run, bend, and cut conduit.
- Install switch gear.
- Apply familiarity with NEC standards and electrical codes.
