A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
Over 2 years of electrical experience, preferably with a focus on residential projects.
The physical ability to lift to 50 lbs. as required by the job.
Ability to drive.
Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.

Responsibilities

Performing residential service work by diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems, identifying issues, and executing repairs to restore functionality.
Installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers, to ensure reliable operation.
Effectively communicating with customers to explain electrical problems, present repair or replacement options, and provide clear recommendations based on their needs.
Handling physical demands of the job, such as pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, crawling into tight spaces, and lifting heavy objects safely.
Performing basic wiring tasks, including installing disconnects, whips, branch circuits, breakers, and other electrical accessories, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
Utilizing a thorough knowledge of tools, equipment, and materials commonly used in the electrical trade, including their proper handling and maintenance.
Applying knowledge of electrical codes and regulations to ensure all work is compliant with local, state, and national standards, and to maintain safety on the job site.
