Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on electrical service experience
Strong knowledge of NEC codes and Florida electrical regulations
Experience with troubleshooting residential and/or commercial electrical systems
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls

Responsibilities

Perform electrical service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential customers
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, panels, wiring, outlets, and fixtures
Diagnose electrical issues accurately and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and local electrical codes
Communicate professionally with customers, explaining work performed and answering questions
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and inventory in an organized and professional manner
Complete service documentation, work orders, and reports accurately
