About The Position

Sterling Buick GMC in Opelousas, LA is looking for motivated individuals to join their team as Service Drivers. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the service department, supporting service advisors and managers with customer and vehicle assistance. The ideal candidate will take pride in serving the Acadiana community as part of a successful, family-owned business.

Requirements

• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be at least 21 years old or have 3 full years of driving experience
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Department customers with transportation to and from the dealership
• Move vehicles safely throughout the dealership lot
• Transport vehicles between dealership locations and off-site destinations
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support the overall efficiency of the Service Department
• Work outdoors and remain active throughout the workday, including standing and walking for extended periods
