About The Position
Sterling CDJR South in Maurice, LA is hiring a Service Driver. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of the service department, supporting service advisors and the manager with service vehicles and customers. The position involves assisting customers with transportation, moving vehicles on the dealership lot, and transporting vehicles to and from off-premise locations. The role requires comfort working outdoors with exposure to the elements, and involves standing and walking for most of the workday. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment across the shop, showrooms, and vehicle lots.
Requirements
- Demonstrated clean driving record
- Adherence to safety protocols and safe driving practices
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check & drug screen
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 21 years of age or have 3 full years of driving experience
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities
- Assisting our Service Department customers with transportation off premises
- Moving vehicles from one point to another on the dealership lot
- Transporting vehicles between the dealership and off-premise locations
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including the shop, showrooms, and vehicle lots
