About The Position

Peach State Truck Centers is seeking a Service Driver to join their team. This role involves picking up trucks from customer sites and transporting them to the shop for repair. Once repairs are completed, the driver will deliver the trucks back to the customer. The position also includes moving trucks on the lot, performing minor detailing work on new and used trucks (such as installing mud flaps or adding lug nut covers), and arranging trucks as needed. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid CDL, Class B License with a good motor vehicle record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer relation skills.
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Computer skills, specifically with MS Office and Excel.
• A CDL license is required.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening (may include verification of criminal history, employment history, educational credentials, and professional references).

Responsibilities

• Pick up trucks from customers site and drive to shop for repair.
• Deliver repaired trucks to customers.
• Move trucks on the lot as needed.
• Perform minor detail work on new and used trucks (e.g., installing mud flaps or add lug nut covers).
• Move and arrange trucks if needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
