About The Position

The On-Call Service Drive Porter is responsible for supporting the efficient flow of vehicles through the service drive on an as-needed basis. This position provides coverage during peak business periods, employee absences, special events, and other operational needs. In this role, you will support the team and help ensure our valued customers have a positive experience when bringing their vehicle in for service and when picking up their vehicle. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a flexible schedule while gaining experience in a luxury automotive environment.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the efficient flow of vehicles through the service drive by moving vehicles as needed.
  • Move vehicles from the service drive to the shop or parking areas after check-in.
  • Promptly pull up customer vehicles when requested by the Cashier, Concierge, or management team.
  • Transport vehicles requiring a car wash to the designated wash area.
  • Assist the Concierge team with greeting customers and checking in vehicles.
  • Assist in printing appointment sheets, vehicle history reports, and vehicle tags for upcoming service appointments.
  • Work closely with Concierge staff and Shop Foremen to maximize vehicle throughput and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and represent the Bill Jacobs brand in a professional manner at all times.
