Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards. Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants. Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues. Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
