What You’ll Lead The daily operations of the service drive A team of service advisors focused on performance and customer satisfaction Customer flow, service lane efficiency, and appointment management Revenue growth and service department performance What You’ll Do Lead and develop the Service Advisor team to maximize productivity and service sales Ensure smooth daily operations in the service drive Drive customer satisfaction while maintaining strong revenue performance Coach advisors on upselling maintenance and repair services Monitor service metrics, including advisor performance, repair order averages, and customer retention Work closely with the Service Manager and Fixed Operations leadership to hit department goals Maintain organization, accountability, and efficiency in the service lane What We’re Looking For Strong leadership experience in a dealership service drive or service advisor management role Proven ability to drive service revenue and advisor performance Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills Ability to manage customer expectations while maintaining efficiency A leader who holds their team accountable and drives results Compensation:$100,000 – $180,000 (Commission-based pay) + Performance Bonuses Includes: Commission-based pay Performance bonuses tied to service department results High earning potential for strong leaders who drive performance Career Growth This role offers a clear career path within leadership, with opportunities to grow in a higher-level leadership role.
