Position Overview We are seeking an outgoing and dependable Service Drive Coordinator to greet customers arriving at our service department. The successful candidate will facilitate a smooth transition for customers to Service Advisors and assist with vehicle movement and lot maintenance. This role requires excellent customer service, a clean driving record, and the ability to work in an outdoor environment.
Requirements
- Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Capable of safely operating vehicles in tight and confined spaces.
- Professional appearance and neat personal grooming.
- Dependable with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Greet all customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate staff or location.
- Install protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for service.
- Retrieve vehicles for customers at vehicle pick-up and thank them for their business.
- Move customer vehicles safely in and around the lot and service areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe service area by performing general cleaning tasks including trash removal and sweeping.
- Follow all safety and security procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
