About The Position

We are looking for someone who is energetic, and outgoing to join our high-volume service department.
Requirements
- At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience
- Team player attitude
- Must be able to follow direction and stay on task
- Enthusiastic personality
- Must have strong computer skills and be able to work on multiple programs simultaneously
- Professional appearance.
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assisting guests getting scheduled for service
- Assisting taking guests phone calls
- Assist service advisors with guests
- Greeting guests when they come in to the service drive
- Assist the porter with moving vehicles
- Making phone calls to guests
- Assist guests with scheduling services when the come in to the dealership
- Assist with taking over flow inbound phone calls
- Must be able to multitask on numerous scheduling systems, and forums
- Participate in team & process development sessions – bring on the sunshine!!
- Being organized.
- Assist service advisors with guests.
