About The Position

Our Service Advisor Assistants are responsible for but not limited to greeting and pre-checking in customers, assist service advisors with follow-ups, and fill out rental agreements. They will also support the Service Department with various tasks as needed, prioritizing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships that strengthen our "Believe in Nice" Culture.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, confirm appointments or walk-ins, and coordinate with service advisors.
• Assist with vehicle check-ins by performing walk around with customers, using word tracks to reinforce CSI questions.
• Monitor incoming vehicles, open garage doors, organize keys and rental inventory, fill out customer rental agreements, and maintain a current list of customers in rentals.
• Print daily schedules and assist the parts department with inventory and materials handling, contact customers for special order parts.
• Monitor vehicle alignment reports and present results to the customer at greeting.
• Make phone calls to customers for follow ups and/ or make appointments.
