About The Position
Comfort Solutions is hiring a Dispatcher to be a central coordinator between customers and field teams. You’ll assign jobs, adjust schedules in real time, and help the day run smoothly so customers get great service and technicians stay productive.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of dispatching or administrative experience
- Familiar with service software or CRM tools
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, install, and maintenance
- Utilize the “dispatch for dollars” philosophy to drive the most positive customer experience and revenue opportunities
- Monitor real-time changes to routes and adjust accordingly
- Communicate clearly with customers and techs
- Track job progress, arrival times, and completions
- Resolve scheduling conflicts or delays
- Maintain accurate records in dispatch software
