About The Position

MotorWorld CDJR is looking to hire a Service Dispatcher to our Service team! Former (retired) technicians are encouraged to apply. This role will be 100% responsible for show flow management, including express. Summary: The Service Dispatcher will communicate with the appropriate departments to schedule and follow up on vehicle repair/maintenance to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This person will schedule and notify technician of assignments and enter necessary data into computer database.

Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of dispatching experience
Must have data entry and basic computer skills
Must have high level of customer service skills and ability to prioritize

Nice To Haves

Knowledge/Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch Technicians to appropriate vehicle maintenance/repairs
Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from Technicians, Service Advisors or Parts Associates
Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
Receive or prepare work orders
