About The Position
dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Dallas, TX. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, and ensuring that service jobs are billed in a customer friendly manner.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in customer service
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years’ experience as a dispatcher
- 1+ years’ experience with accounts receivable or billing
Responsibilities
- Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians
- Enter call orders into the service tracking system
- Dispatch service calls to Service Technicians and follow up to ensure all aspects of the service process are completed accurately
- Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions
