About The Position

As a Service Digitalization Specialist, you will focus on the new energy vehicle (NEV) aftersales sector, providing system solutions and support to front-line teams and dealers. You will be responsible for the implementation, optimization, and integration of key systems such as DMS (Dealer Management System), SAP, WMS (Warehouse Management System), and OMS (Order Management System), ensuring a smooth digital transformation of after-sales services. Your work will improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting BYD and its Dealers in advancing their after-sales digitalization processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Working language is Polish and English.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in system support, software development, or digital transformation projects in the after-sales or automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and experience with system integration, database management (e.g., SQL), and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with REST API, SOAP, and other interface development and system integration technologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to ensure timely delivery of cross-departmental projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with business teams, technical teams, and external vendors to drive project progress.

  • Fluent Mandarin speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of after-sales business processes, gather and analyze system requirements from front-line teams and dealers, and design corresponding solutions.
  • Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, etc.
  • Analyze data within the system to provide decision-making support for front-line teams and management. Develop, optimize, and maintain after-sales service-related reporting systems, enhancing the visibility of after-sales operations.
  • Conduct system operation training for after-sales staff and Dealers, develop training materials and user manuals to improve their understanding and utilization of digital systems.
  • Stay updated on technology trends in the NEV industry, proposing innovative system solutions to enhance after-sales service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
