About The Position

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide support for end-users. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and supporting new technologies.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in desktop support and end-user services.
  • Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ADUC, authentication, and access management.
  • Experience administering SCCM 2012.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (3.0+), including automation and Active Directory integration.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze issues systematically, identify root causes, test solutions, and implement changes in production environments.
  • Experience learning and supporting new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide desktop support and end-user services.
