Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support / service desk environment supporting networked and remote computer systems in an international company or a subsidiary of an international company.
  • Responsible for the installation, configuration, & maintenance of various computer systems, printers, applications & network equipment.
  • Provide technical support & problem resolution for end users.
  • Keep current with development of new system features & technology.
  • Works an office schedule & is expected to work outside of normal working hours to prevent network service interruption.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including manual labor, such as staging materials, packing, inventory & delivery.
  • Microsoft Windows Servers & Workstations, Microsoft Office Products & Outlook.
  • Principles & processes for providing customer & personal services (including assessment of customer needs & customer satisfaction).
  • Network & wireless device configuration.

Nice To Haves

  • 2-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent technical training & experience in a technical support/service desk environment supporting networked & remote computer systems, Microsoft Windows Servers & Workstations & Microsoft Office Products can be substituted.
  • Preference will be given to local applicants.
