Peraton is seeking a Service Desk Shift Lead to join their team on the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. This program focuses on IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize networks, applications, and databases supporting global consular services. The Shift Lead will be the primary contact for IT service events and provide frontline technical support to internal users. In addition to Tier I analyst duties, the Shift Lead will offer real-time leadership, oversight, and coaching to their assigned shift, ensuring high-quality customer service, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)/Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and efficient incident management in a dynamic Service Desk environment. The core work schedule is the second shift, Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM EST. The primary work location is Sterling, Virginia, with the possibility of remote work on the fifth scheduled workday with manager approval. Onsite requirements may change based on government and program needs.
