About The Position

Provide routine digital technical support for KFC restaurant and franchise users across approved digital platforms, including Mobile Manager, kiosks, digital menu boards, online transactions, and related digital tools. This role supports issue intake, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation under the guidance of more senior Help Desk team members.
