Winters Recreation is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Desk Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by serving as one of the primary points of contact for incoming customer calls, walk-in customers, and service-related support. The Service Desk Associate will assist both in-state and out-of-state customers with warranty claims, service scheduling, product support, and general technical questions while helping ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
