About The Position

TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to support their client's end users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role sits 100% onsite in Oshkosh, WI, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure to enterprise IT support.

Requirements

  • 6+ months experience in a service desk or help desk environment
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting Office 365 for end users
  • Experience utilizing Active Directory
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
  • Comfortable supporting users over the phone and documenting issues clearly

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot common IT issues including login problems, password resets, hardware/software issues, and basic Windows support
  • Create, document, and manage tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved remotely and partner with internal IT teams as needed
  • Serve as hands-on support at the site when required
  • Deliver strong customer service and clear communication with end users
