About The Position

GDC IT Solutions is currently seeking a fully remote Service Desk Analyst. This role can be fully remote but must be located within the State of PA. This is a Short Term Temporary role. Global Data Consultants, LLC is currently seeking a Service Desk Specialist to join our team of innovative professionals. This is an entry level position with the flexibility to be a fully remote position within the state of Pennsylvania. This is a short term temporary role.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1+ year of experience supporting desktops/laptops/printers in a production Support Center environment
  • Prior experience with ability to handle 30-40 service calls a day
  • Strong Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take customer calls, and emails and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support.
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site, or using products or services.
  • Collaborate with other call-center professionals to improve customer service.
  • Accurately document all service calls within the prescribed call tracking mechanism.
  • Support both technical and non-technical end users.
  • Escalate advanced issues to the appropriate team member.
