Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years of Service Desk or technical support experience
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Windows 11
  • Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Active Directory
  • SolarWinds Service Desk
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and follow-up skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • A customer-first mindset and a knack for solving problems efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the company Service Desk daily, ensuring timely responses and resolutions via remote access, phone, email, or chat
  • Manage support tickets in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documenting each step with clarity and detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service and continuous follow-up until issues are fully resolved
  • Train and onboard new users on technology tools and systems
  • Analyze recurring hardware/software issues and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with the Business Technology Group (BTG) on IT projects and process enhancements
  • Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond internal support capabilities
  • Identify and mitigate trends to proactively improve user experience
