About The Position
This is responsible administrative and professional work involving the design, improvement, and optimization of the organization’s service delivery as part of performance and improvement programs for the employing jurisdiction.
Requirements
- Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in design, business, public administration, engineering or related field.
- A minimum of three years of responsible experience in process improvement methodologies such as design thinking and human-centered design or related area.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence.
- Attach samples of work to this application or provide a document containing a link to an online file/portfolio. Samples may include case studies, service blueprints, process maps, personas, qualitative data backed reports, etc.
