About The Position

Kia of Valencia is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for many of our service customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping our service department operate efficiently.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous BDC, customer service, call center, or service advisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls professionally and courteously.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently using dealership scheduling software.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Contact customers due for maintenance or factory recommended services.
• Follow up with customers regarding declined services and future maintenance.
• Respond promptly to internet inquiries, emails, text messages, and online appointment requests.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize shop capacity.
• Maintain accurate customer information and detailed communication records.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and customer contact goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
