About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Delivery Technician to join our Managed Events Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and producing live events for streaming broadcasts, with a focus on delivering exceptional virtual and hybrid/on-site meeting and event support.

Requirements

• Proficient with general office software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with event production software (vMix,OBS, Wirecast), NDI and RTMP protocols, and video editing software (Adobe Premiere, etc) is preferred.
• Preferred candidates will have a dedicated at-home studio space with a high-speed wired internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of an event, from initial planning and scheduling to execution and post-event analysis, including metrics reporting and video editing.
• Utilize web-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams (preferred), Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting, etc., with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams Meetings and Teams Town Hall solutions.
• Provide support for small to large-sized virtual and hybrid/on-site meetings/events, including production and direction duties.
• Offer white-glove meeting/event support for internal clients and high-profile senior leadership, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage projects related to managed events and video conferencing using the Agile methodology.
• Possess knowledge and experience with on-site video conferencing hardware, specifically Cisco codecs and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTRs).
• Commit to working on-site 5 days a week and be flexible to work outside of normal business hours, with potential travel not exceeding 20%.
