As a Delivery Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering, setting up, and supporting medical equipment in homes and healthcare settings—helping patients feel safe, comfortable, and confident.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience with hand and shop tools, mechanical assembly, or repair of mechanical/electronic devices
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with computers, Outlook, and Internet applications
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing situations
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment safely

Responsibilities

• Deliver and set up medical equipment and supplies in homes and healthcare facilities
• Provide clear, friendly instruction to patients and caregivers on equipment use and care
• Assist with cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance of equipment
• Support safe and accurate completion of delivery paperwork and required documentation
• Maintain company vehicles and ensure equipment is transported safely and securely
• Collect signatures or payments as needed to support billing processes
• Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory support, equipment staging, and shipping
• Participate in ongoing training related to safety, infection control, and product knowledge
