About The Position

KNAPP Inc. seeks a Service Delivery Project Manager in Kennesaw, GA. This role involves utilizing knowledge of Warehouse control systems, generating monthly reports and analytics for customers, coordinating the implementation of upgrades and expansions, fine-tuning systems for optimal performance, conducting monthly conference calls with customers and IT departments, and serving as the direct contact for IT-related issues overseeing the quality of the IT infrastructure and services provided by KNAPP.

Requirements

2 years of experience in customer service, project management, or IT support
Experience with database level SQL
Experience with SAP - C4S
Knowledge of C++ & Java

Responsibilities

Utilize knowledge of Warehouse control systems.
Generate and provide monthly reports and analytics data for the customer that summarize all incidents, changes, trends, etc. as well as service desk efficiency.
Coordinate problem-free implementation of upgrades & expansions.
Aid in fine tuning the system for optimal performance that suits the customer’s needs.
Conducting monthly conference calls with the customer and IT departments to ensure proper operations and assist in finding solutions and coordinating further measures for existing problems.
Serve as direct contact for IT-related issues overseeing quality of the IT infrastructure as provided by Knapp and the IT services.
