Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of related experience
  • Good organizational and planning skills to coordinate program deliverables
  • Ability to set priorities and delegate
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree
  • Proven experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer
  • Assist in coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation
  • Focus on activities like data analytics and reporting
  • Assist with analyzing specific issues with the customer
  • Partner with Dell team(s) to provide an outstanding experience to the customer
