About The Position

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, mission-driven, team-oriented professional to serve as our Service Delivery Director at the Tuckahoe Family YMCA. This role will lead and oversee the Membership department, including staff supervision. A primary continued focus of this role will be the growth of branch membership, aiming to enhance our community impact and organizational reach. Requirements

• At least two years of related experience in a supervisory role is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities and flexible work style are necessary.
• Diplomacy, act, and the ability to work with a variety of people, in a variety of situations are essential.
• Must be able to meet deadlines and manage interruptions and handle requests efficiently, successfully coach full-time and part-time staff, and have strong computer proficiency.

Nice To Haves

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in membership, or wellness programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Membership departments, ensuring a high-quality member experience and consistent program delivery.
• Drive membership growth, focusing on recruitment, retention, and member satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor part-time staff, promoting a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure financial sustainability while meeting key performance metrics.
• Build strong relationships with members, community partners, and stakeholders.
