About The Position

Pavlov Media is seeking a proactive and solutions-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This key role is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and resolving service-related issues with efficiency and care. As the primary point of contact for customers you will represent the face of Pavlov Media delivering exceptional support, managing fiber installation schedules, and coordinating closely with contractors. While this is not a sales position, it plays a strategic role in customer success by ensuring seamless service delivery and execution.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in service coordination, customer support, dispatching, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms, ERP systems, or ticketing software
  • Background in telecommunications, construction coordination, or a similar service-driven industry

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and contractors for fiber-related service needs
  • Schedule and coordinate fiber installations, maintenance, and burials
  • Proactively monitor and manage service delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address and resolve service-related issues quickly and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Report daily to Pavlov Media’s corporate headquarters
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve services and products.
