The Service Delivery Coordinator provides excellent service to our customers, shareholders and employees by successfully performing and assisting management with all functions necessary to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the public water system. Duties include either directly or by directing the work of others installation, maintenance, repair, relocation, retirement, testing and operations of the water distribution system, water treatment facilities and related structures. The Service Delivery Coordinator works and trains with and/or under the supervision of the Superintendent and Foreman with a focus on supporting all areas of Service Delivery and acquiring the necessary skills to take on leadership responsibilities in Service Delivery.
