About The Position

Aloha! One of Hawaii's telecom companies is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator. He/she will play a critical role in supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating service activities, and ensuring a smooth experience for customers and internal teams. This position enables engineers to focus on technical work by taking ownership of communication, dispatching, and ticket management. The role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work with a diverse customer base across state, enterprise, and commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for incoming calls and general inquiries.
Provide professional, customer‑focused support to state, enterprise, and commercial clients.
Collect essential information and route issues appropriately to engineering teams.
Dispatch service requests to engineers based on priority, skill set, and availability.
Monitor job progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain clear communication between customers, engineers, and leadership.
Clean up, organize, and maintain the ticketing system to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Close resolved or outdated tickets and ensure proper categorization and documentation.
Identify and escalate issues requiring engineering attention.
Handle routine administrative tasks that support daily operations and reduce engineer workload.
Maintain organized records, communication logs, and workflow documentation.
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general office support as needed.
