About The Position

Our Service Delivery Coordinator will collaborate across our team, aligning all details to create the best customer outcomes each day. The best candidate for this role is driven by customer satisfaction and is highly organized and collaborative. The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for managing and responding to incoming customer requests and creating work orders on technician schedules to deliver repair services. They will collaborate with technicians and sales as needed to ensure all details are accurate and updated as needed. They will support the sales process by creating and distributing estimates and visiting customer sites to assess and propose repair services. They will be an expert in our systems to identify the most efficient methods to achieve needed results across all stakeholders. Additionally, the Service Delivery Coordinator will work to ensure we are compliant with customer requirements and will help to manage and run our office efficiently.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
  • Excitement and energy to support a busy team with compassion and leadership

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and fulfill incoming customer requests
  • Reach out to customers as needed to gather additional information, to provide instructional information for repairs, and to reschedule as needed
  • Collaborate with sales, technicians and support center to ensure repair work orders are scoped accurately
  • Create and distribute estimates based on sales and customer requests
  • Visit customer sites to walk units when requested
  • Utilize data and reports to support the sales channel
  • Provide insurance and compliance documents to ensure our records are current with all customers
  • Update systems to ensure customer data is always current and accurate
  • Support office and team functions and activities
