About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative. This role is crucial in supporting our extensive network of customers and service technicians. The position involves managing incoming calls, dispatching technicians, processing payroll and billing, creating work orders, maintaining records, and assisting other departments. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent phone skills
• Good communication, organizational, math and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians
• Dispatch technicians
• Enter technician payroll hours
• Process parts and service billing
• Create daily work orders
• Maintain records and files
• Assist other departments as needed
