About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation, a global leader in lift truck manufacturing, is seeking a Service Customer Care Representative to join their team. This role involves processing incoming calls from customers and service technicians, dispatching technicians, and managing various administrative tasks to support the service department.

Requirements

  • Less than 2 years related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

  • Technical experience and knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming calls from both Crown customers and Service Technicians
  • Dispatch technicians
  • Enter technician payroll hours
  • Process parts and service billing
  • Create daily work orders
  • Maintain records and files
  • Assist other departments as needed
