About The Position

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to support our growing commercial mechanical services team. This role is ideal for someone with prior HVAC, dispatching, or service coordination experience who enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and being the key point of communication between customers and field technicians.

Requirements

  • Prior HVAC, dispatching, or service coordination experience
  • Enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and being the key point of communication between customers and field technicians

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or service coordination
  • Previous HVAC, mechanical, construction, or field service industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/service management software preferred
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily schedules and dispatch to meet customer needs
  • Communicate with customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling
  • Manage incoming service calls and prioritize requests appropriately
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure parts, materials, and job information are available for technician
  • Maintain accurate service records and technician documentation
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Support overall service operations and administrative functions as needed
