About The Position
Join the APCCO team as a Service Coordinator, where you'll play a central role in keeping our field service operations running smoothly. Role Structure: You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise: Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction Service Quotes Parts Ordering & Inventory
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track
- Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing
- Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements
