Requirements

• Excellent customer service required
• Typing speed and accuracy
• IT proficiency required
• High accuracy with data entry skills required
• Experience in an administrative role required
• Able to work in a high-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous dispatch & shipping and receiving experience is preferred
• Google applications experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer calls (program coordination/larger scope or volumes/scheduling/parts)
• Tracking and set-up of technician training and certifications
• Project management
• Scheduling inspections
• Customer set-up
• Report monitoring for open calls
• Creating on-call schedules
• Database management
• Data entry/manufacturer’s warranty tracking
• Other duties as assigned
