The Service Coordinator plays a key role in our repair shop by serving as the first point of contact for customers and ensuring a smooth intake and communication process throughout the repair lifecycle. This position is responsible for evaluating company-owned instruments for playability, creating service tickets, coordinating estimates and approvals, and providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
